What people say
FAQs
What happens in a first consultation?
The initial session runs 75–90 minutes. We cover your full health history, current symptoms and patterns, relevant lab work, diet, sleep, and stress. The goal is to build a complete picture before recommending anything. You'll leave with a clear sense of what I'm seeing and what the plan looks like.
How do video consultations work?
Sessions take place via video call — Zoom or a similar platform. You'll receive a booking confirmation with a link. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space. The quality of the session is the same as in-person; most of my clients work with me remotely.
Do you work with people outside the US?
Yes. I work with clients worldwide — I work across time zones regularly.
What do you support clients with?
My focus is fertility and reproductive wellness — cycle health, PCOS-related concerns, preconception preparation, complementary support alongside IVF, and male fertility support. I also work with clients navigating hormonal imbalance, digestive concerns, low energy, and sleep difficulties — areas that often respond well to Chinese medicine-informed nutrition and lifestyle approaches.
What does a typical plan involve?
It varies by person, but usually some combination of classical Chinese herbal formulas, nutritional adjustments, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle shifts. Nothing is fixed — the plan is built around your specific picture and adjusted as things change.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in our sessions is held in strict confidence, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
